This fried potato dish is served with hot chutney and a fresh salad. The main ingredient of this dish is chana dal. This dish also includes white urad dal. It is a healthy dish.

To make Dhooska, all the ingredients need to be soaked overnight and then ground in a food processor. The batter is deep fried and then served hot along with chutneys and salad.

Momo – Sikkim

There is no need to mention momo in the list of Indian dishes because momo is one of the most popular dishes in India. Momo dumplings are small dumplings that are stuffed with meat or vegetables and cooked in the smoking method with a spoon. Appam – Kerala
